Accepted Payment Methods
We’re committed to making your payment experience both convenient and secure. For online orders, we accept all major credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
All transactions are processed by a fully compliant third-party payment processor, which uses end-to-end encryption to protect your financial information. Importantly, we never store complete credit or debit card details on our internal systems—this responsibility rests with our processor, who maintains strict security protocols to fend off unauthorized access, fraud, and data breaches. You can shop with peace of mind, knowing your payment information is handled with the utmost care.
Currency Rules
To ensure pricing is clear and predictable, the currency used for your final charge at checkout is always determined by your shipping destination:
- Orders shipped to U.S. addresses: All products are priced and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Orders shipped to Canadian addresses: All products are priced and charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our website is purely for convenience, letting you preview prices in your preferred currency. No matter which currency you choose to display, the final charge to your payment card will always be processed in the currency corresponding to your shipping country, as outlined above.
If your card is issued in a different country or uses a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and/or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set entirely by your bank or card provider—we do not impose them.
Authorizations & Charges
When you complete your order, your bank will place a temporary authorization hold on your card for the full order amount. This hold is not a final charge; it simply reserves the funds and verifies that your card is valid. If you cancel your order before it’s processed, this authorization will be released.
Once your order is confirmed and prepared for shipment, the temporary hold will be replaced with a final charge to your card.
If a payment is declined or flagged for security reasons (such as suspicious activity or incorrect billing details), we’ll contact you via email or phone to resolve the issue. We may request additional verification (like a copy of your ID or billing statement) to confirm your identity. If we’re unable to verify the payment or fix the decline, we reserve the right to cancel the order to protect both you and our business.
Refund Process
All approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method you used at checkout—whether that’s a credit card, debit card, or another payment option selected during purchase.
Once we initiate the refund (after confirming eligibility, such as receiving and inspecting returned items), you’ll get a detailed email confirmation that includes the refund amount and processing date.
Refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement. However, processing times can vary by financial institution—some banks may post the refund sooner, while others may take the full 10 days. If you haven’t received your refund within this timeframe, we suggest checking your bank’s transaction history or contacting your card issuer for updates. If the refund is still missing after that, please reach out to our support team for help.
